A marketplace, not a provider
VillageNest connects families with independent providers of non-clinical postpartum support. We facilitate introductions, bookings, and payments — we don’t employ, direct, or supervise providers, and we don’t provide care ourselves.
Independent providers
Providers set their own services, scope, rates, and availability, and are responsible for the care they deliver. Your booking relationship is directly with the provider.
No medical services
All support is non-clinical. VillageNest does not provide medical care, advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a home-nursing or healthcare agency.
Bookings & payments
Prices shown are starting rates; final pricing is set by each provider and shown before you confirm. Payments are processed securely in-app.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are shown before you book and may vary by provider. As a general standard, cancellations at least 24 hours ahead are free.
Reviews
Only families who complete a booking may leave a review. Reviews should be honest and respectful.
Not an emergency service
VillageNest is not for urgent or emergency needs. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
