2 · We review & reply
A real person reviews your application, usually within a few days, and reaches out with next steps.
3 · You get verified
We confirm your identity, plus licenses and certifications where they apply to your category.
4 · You build your profile
Once approved, add your bio, specialties, photos, scope, and rates — the profile families choose you by.
5 · You start receiving families
Publish your availability and begin getting warm introductions. You accept only what fits.

Is there any cost to apply or join?
No. Applying, listing, and maintaining your profile are always free. We earn only a simple 10–20% commission on completed bookings — so we do well only when you do.
What will I need for verification?
Only what’s relevant to your category: a government-issued ID for everyone, plus licenses where your category requires them and certifications where they apply. We’ll walk you through it after you apply.
Do I have to be licensed?
Only if your category requires it. VillageNest is a non-clinical platform, and many categories don’t require a license — we verify credentials by category and never overstate them.
How long does review take?
Usually a few days. We read every application with care, so we can keep the roster trusted and premium for families and providers alike.
